  • Catheter Details: The type (e.g., Foley), size (Fr), and length used.
  • Procedure Specifics: Use of aseptic technique, the amount of sterile water used to inflate the balloon, and the patient’s tolerance.
  • Initial Output: The volume, colour, and clarity of urine drained immediately after insertion.
